SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship our products throughout Spain using reliable carriers including Correos and SEUR. Please note that our gelato products require special handling and temperature-controlled shipping.
Domestic Shipping (Spain - Peninsula)
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Carriers: Correos, SEUR, GLS, UPS
Important Notes:
- We currently ship only within peninsular Spain
- Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Balearic Islands is not available at this time due to temperature control requirements
- All orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to ensure freshness
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over €50 within peninsular Spain.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Temperature-Controlled Packaging
All gelato products are shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to maintain proper temperature during transit. Please refrigerate or freeze your products immediately upon arrival.
Delivery
- A signature may be required upon delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- If you miss a delivery, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or pickup
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO boxes due to the perishable nature of our products.
